Cardinal Tagle's homily during the 22nd Caritas Internationalis General Assembly

In the Gospel Jesus says: "this is my commandment, love one another as I have loved you". He sums up all the commandments in that: love one another.
But we know that the commandment needs to be received and followed. Otherwise the commandment will just remain words or ideals and there are already many ideals.We need people who will say "yes, I will love. I will love the other. I will choose and decide to love"
