It is a very powerful message where Pope Francis calls the whole Church – like he did in his letter to the young people - “Keep your eyes fixed on the outstretched arms of Christ crucified, let yourself be saved over and over again”.
We could say that salvation is not a “once off” gift but develops in a “face to face” relationship with the crucified and Risen Lord “who loved me and gave himself for me”
