This Sunday and the following one Jesus goes through familiar texts from the law and says: “You have heard how it was said to our ancestors but I say this to you”
I suddenly wondered if there are others who, like Jesus, repeat the same words. “It was said to you but I say this...”.
Sometimes this is what we tell ourselves risking developing a faith at our own image and likeness, a faith that justifies anything we feel and do without any reference to Jesus whom we call our way, our truth and our life.
It is a call to come out of our comfort zone, as we usually call it, and go deeper discovering Jesus Word' and way and making it our own as it is only place where we will find fullness of life.
